Co-founder, CEO
Ryan is a founder and CEO of GiveOps. He's spent the last 5+ years working in venture capital with other founders and investors. As CEO, Ryan drives the overall vision, growth strategy, product roadmap, and corp dev for GiveOps. In his free time, Ryan enjoys mentoring young entrepreneurs, golfing, watching The Office reruns and grilling.
Alex R
Co-founder, CFO
Alex is a founder and CFO for GiveOps. He’s spent the last decade as a CPA for a law firm. Alex masters all of the behind-the-scenes accounting, finance, and tax aspects, as well as spearheads community outreach. In his free time, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife at Cubs games, trying out new restaurants, and volunteering.

Co-founder, CTO
Alex is a founder and CTO for GiveOps. He's spent the last decade helping startups improve the world. As CTO, he manages the development and execution of the product road map and engineering execution. In his free time, you can find Alex tinkering with emerging technologies and making interactive art.
Winston
Legal Advisor
Winston is a Legal Advisor for GiveOps. He is currently a senior associate at a law firm in Chicago where he works with tech companies and VC firms. Winston is a former Teach for America corps member and is a member of TFA's auxiliary board for the Chicago-Northwest Indiana region. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and trying out new restaurants.
